WSPACE community team will be onsite between 9AM – 6 PM local time Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Any services provided outside the aforementioned business hours at the request of the Member shall be supplied on additional service charges liable to be paid by the Member.
For members with Hotdesk Unlimited, Dedicated Desks, or Private Room Offices, you can apply for a building access card 24/7. You can purchase the building access card via our mobile app for a one-time fee only. Centralized Air Conditioning is provided during business hours only. Building management requires at least 3 working days in advance for the application of additional air conditioning outside business hours via community associate.
Walk-ins are welcome, but scheduling via phone or email is recommended to ensure availability.
You can reserve a workspace or a private room office at any time (based on availability). Check the availability with our Community Team at connectus@wspace.com.

Yes, you can! Reach out to our team and they will assist in checking the availability for you. Besides, we’re expanding! Updates on new locations will be shared via news feed or social media.
WSPACE reserves the right to levy all the deposits if the member fails to submit a termination notice as per requirement.
Members with Business Starter and Business Plus are required to give (1) one calendar month notice.
Hot Desk, Hot Desk Unlimited, Dedicated Desk, Private Office, Corporate Flexible Office are required to give (2) two calendar months notice.
Nope! You can start your membership anytime.
Yes! Most of our memberships are flexible month-to-month. Corporate packages can be longer term—contact our Community Team for details.

A large office for teams of 10–30 people, with optional private manager rooms and QR-lockable offices. Contact our Community Team for a personalized quote.
ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS
Custom workspace solutions for larger companies or multinational teams. Includes multiple private offices, flexible seating arrangements, dedicated meeting rooms, and tailored services to support team growth and collaboration.

Members get unique IDs for our copiers/scanners/printers. Usage charges apply. Install WSPACE printer drivers in your PCs to print securely.

Hot Desk, Hot Desk Unlimited, Dedicated Desk, Private Office, Corporate Flexible Office, Enterprise Solutions: 2 hours / day for 2 guests included; additional hours will require to purchase day pass or book a meeting room.
Yes. Discussion can be made with our Community Team before proceed further with the preferred package.
On-Demand workspace like Day Pass Hot Desk and Day Pass Private Office preferably to do reservation, however, walk-ins are welcome too.

Cancellations after confirmation are non-refundable.
