All plans (except Starter & Starter Plus) include reservations hours that correlate with your membership type and office size and that can be used at virtually all WSPACE locations. These credit hours can be used to reserve the small conference rooms for 8 to 10pax only, and reservations can be made via our mobile app.

Careless about all the bills for electrical, water and air-conditioning during business hours. Unique individual ID assigned to each member upon signing up all packages for multi-function copier/scanner/printer. Corporate Private Offices come with optional packages. Others common sharing office equipment are available, i.e. paper shredders, binding machine, office laminator and cutters.

WHAT MEMBERSHIP PLANS DO YOU OFFER?

STARTER & STARTER PLUS MEMBERSHIP

Access to WSPACEAN Network groups, events, and services – Perfectly fitted for member who wish to connect with our community but may only need workspace for one or two days per month.

This plan includes 1-day pass for Starter or 15hours access for Starter Plus for reserving workspace at all open lounges.  Conference room and additional hours may always be made for an additional fee.

Starter included for business address only and Starter Plus included for business address with mail and package handling.

 

PREMIUM UNLIMITED

A shared workspace at all open lounges and open office. When you purchase a premium unlimited, we encourage you to reserve any available hot desk in advance each day to avoid disappointment; you can come and go as needed and use all facilities at all open lounges as well.

This plan includes access to WSPACEAN Network groups, events, and business address with mail and package handling, 24/7 hours’ access, as well as 2 monthly credit hours for reserving small conference rooms. Credit hours do not rollover from month to month.

 

DEDICATED DESK

You can permanently reserve the desk that you prefer at open office area shared with other members. This dedicated desk comes with a lockable filing cabinet for your personal belongings. Wi-Fi on complimentary, dedicated wired LAN or dedicated line for VoIP phone will be available at an additional cost. This plan includes access to WSPACEAN Network groups, events, and business address with mail and package handling, 24/7 hours’ access, as well as 2 monthly credit hours for reserving small conference rooms. Credit hours do not rollover from month to month.

 

PRIVATE ROOM OFFICE

A fully enclosed, automated QR lockable office space. Your company can add on more offices or desks as you grow. This plan includes access to WSPACEAN Network groups, events, and business address with mail and package handling, 24/7 hours’ access, as well as 3 monthly credit hours for reserving small conference rooms. Credit hours do not rollover from month to month.

 

PRIVATE CORPORATE OFFICE

A large office for a team of 10 to 30persons, optional package included for 1 or 2 private manager rooms, automated QR lockable office space. Your company can add on more offices or desks as you grow. This plan includes access to WSPACEAN Network groups, events, and business address with optional private mailbox and package handling, 24/7 hours’ access, as well as complimentary monthly credit hours for reserving conference rooms. WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS? ARE YOU ABLE TO ACCESS 24/7?

WSPACE community team will be onsite between 9AM – 6 PM local time Monday through Friday, exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Any services provided outside the aforementioned business hours at the request of the Member shall be supplied on additional service charges liable to be paid by the Member.

For members with Premium Unlimited, Dedicated Desks, or Private Room Offices, you can apply for building access card 24/7. You can purchase the building access card via our mobile app for one-time fee only. Centralized Air Conditioning provided during business hours only. Building management required at least 3 working days in advance for application air conditioning outside business hours and supplement cost per hour for air conditioning can purchase via our mobile app.

WHAT IF I'M LOOKING FOR MEMBERSHIP MORE THAN 6 MONTHS IN THE FUTURE?

We have advance purchase packages that give you more savings. You can choose between 6+1 months’ or 12+2 months’ packages via our mobile app.

DO ALL MEMBERSHIPS BEGIN ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH?

Starter, Starter Plus and Premium Unlimited membership begin the day you sign up. Private Room Office and Dedicated Desk memberships begin on the 1st of the month. We required early termination notice according to our move-out policy for all Private Room Offices and Dedicated Desks, allowing new members to move in on the 1st of the month. If this day lands on a weekend or public holidays, arrangements will be made accordingly.

WHAT IS YOUR MEMBERSHIP MOVE-OUT POLICY?

WSPACE reserves the right to levied all the deposits if member failed to submit termination notice as per requirement.

Starter, Starter plus and Premium Unlimited Memberships can be cancelled at any time online via WSPACE app or website.

Members with Dedicated Desks are required to give (1) one-calendar month notice. Applicable for 2 months’ contract and above.

Members for Private rooms office are required to give (3) three-calendar month notice. Applicable for 3 months’ contract and above.

Members for Corporate packages are required to give (6) six-calendar month notice. Applicable for 6 months’ contract and above.

Move out forms must be submitted online via WSPACE app or website by the last business day of the month prior to vacating. Example: If a member wants to move out on July 31st, they must give notice to WSPACE on June 3Oth.

Please note that cancellations take effect on the last day of the current month. There are no prorated refunds issued for cancellations of all type of WSPACEAN memberships.

Promotional packages, i.e early birds and advance purchase packages are non-refundable and required to make full payment of the terms.

Applicable for corporate packages only:  When your agreement ends, you will be required to enter into a Virtual Office Agreement (Starter Plus) with us on our standard monthly price and terms at the time of your departure for the duration of two (2) months. This will enable you to keep your current telephone number and manage the transition of your incoming mail which will be kept for your collection at WSPACE.

CAN I WALK IN OR SHOULD I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A SITE INSPECTION?

You must register in our website/mobile app for site inspection request and thereafter, our community manager will personally reach you to schedule an appointment in advance. WHAT'S YOUR PET POLICY?

No pets, animals or birds in the office premises.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF A PRIVATE ROOM OFFICE?

Each Private Room Office is uniquely designed and size may differ depends your team size per desk. Each office provides more than enough room for a team to work comfortably. Schedule a tour to check it out for yourself!

WHAT IF MY COMPANY NEEDS PHONE SERVICE?

Phone service is only available for Dedicated Desk and all Private Room Offices. Unlimited domestic VoIP phone service is provided for an additional RM150+/month per user in. International calling services are available at an additional fee. If your team has VoIP phone service that you’d like to maintain, simply plug into the ports provided in your office at no additional charge.

HOW DO PRINTING WORK?

All member can access to copier/scanner/printer via WIFI connection, usage charges apply for both color and black & white prints and copies. Unique individual ID assigned to each member upon signing up all memberships packages. You can find your individual ID at the member page “setting” via our mobile app.  You need to key in your individual ID in the printer setting in your computer and your files will be only printed out whenever you’ve keyed in your individual ID in the printer.

CAN I ADD MAIL AND PACKAGE HANDLING?

Mail and package handling is included for all membership plans except Starter membership plan.

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE MAILING ADDRESSES FOR ONE ACCOUNT?

No, we are unable to support multiple mailing addresses for one account.

HOW DO CREDIT HOURS OR PROMO CODE WORK?

Premium Unlimited, Dedicated Desk, and Private Room Office plans included a monthly credit hours’ allocation that can be used to reserve conference rooms. You can find the promo code in the mobile app under perks & deals. After you have used your allotted conference room credit hours, you are free to make additional reservations at a cost of per hour or per day. Credits do not rollover from month to month.

HOW DO I RESERVE A CONFERENCE ROOM OR WORKSPACE?

You can book and get immediate confirmation via the WSPACE app. For open lounge and open office workspace, you just need to select a location and the desired date. For conference room and open office desks, you’ll be able to view an on-live demand reservation system with availability floor plan for all desks or private rooms office, and choose the length of your reservation.

For both workspace and conference room reservations, we have a first-come, first-served policy and recommend making a reservation as early as possible to guarantee availability.

WHAT SIZE CONFERENCE ROOMS DO YOU HAVE?

Total 3 conference rooms with varies sizes. Generally, our conference rooms accommodate teams of 8 up to maximum 18 persons.

WHAT IS A WORKSPACE AT OPEN OFFICE?

A daily workspace provides access to a designated work area in a shared open office, working side-by-side with other WSPACEAN members. You’ll have ample space to set up your laptop for the day, a power port, and Wi-Fi. You can book a dedicated desk at the open office area. In addition, you also have access to a host of amenities at the WSPACE center.

WHEN CAN I RESERVE A WORKSPACE OR PRIVATE ROOM OFFICE?

You’ll be able to view an on-live demand reservation system with availability floor plan for all desks or private room office via WSPACE app 24/7.

WHAT IF I MADE MISTAKE AND I’VE BOOKED A CONFERENCE ROOM/WORKSPACE AT THE WRONG TIMING, DATE OR MONTH? HOW DO I CHANGE IT OR CANCEL IT?

You may edit a workspace reservation up to 24hours in advance and edit a conference room reservation up to one hour (60 minutes) before your meeting.

 

Cancellation policy for conference room:

  •         Less than 24 hours – 100% charge
  •         Less than 48 hours – 50% charge
  •         More than 48hours – Free of charge

 

You can edit or cancel your reservations, both via the WSPACE app.

I HAVE A STATER, STARTER PLUS, PREMIUM UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP PLAN. DO I HAVE TO RESERVE A WORKSPACE BEFORE COMING INTO WORK?

Yes. To avoid disappointment and to ensure our members, have the best possible experience, we require that you reserve any available workspace at open office in advance each day or at least one hour before you plan on coming into work. You can come and go as needed and use all facilities at all open lounges as well.

CAN I BOOK A CONFERENCE ROOM/WORKSPACE/EVENT SPACE ON THE WEEKEND?

You need to make reservation at least 3 working days in advance and application air conditioning outside business hours and supplement cost per hour for air conditioning can purchase via our mobile app.

I JUST RESERVED A CONFERENCE ROOM OR EVENT LOUNGE. HOW DO I REGISTER MY GUESTS?

You need to register guests in advance via WSPACE app. In additional, you can create event, send invitation to your guest and received notification of RSVP via WSPACE app too. You may register as many guests as allotted for the particular room or upgrade event packages, including yourself.

WHAT IS THE COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES IN THE CONFERENCE ROOM OR EVENT LOUNGE?

The number of guests as allotted for the particular conference room or event packages. Coffee and tea, WI-FI, HD LED TV screen for conference room and projector screen for event lounge are on complimentary basis.  Projector, speaker phone, LAN-wired internet at additional cost. If you need to arrange snacks or foods, please speak to our community team to assist for 3rd party food delivery.

CAN I REGISTER GUESTS FOR MY WORKSPACE?

For Starter, Starter Plus and Premium Unlimited memberships, you need to purchase a day pass or hourly rate for your guest.

 

For Dedicated Desk and Private Room/Corporate Office memberships, you can invite guest visit for complimentary access maximum 2 hours per day for maximum 2 persons per session at the main guest lounge only. You can purchase additional fee for day pass or hourly rate for your guest via our mobile app. In the event that you have exceeded first 2 hours and you did not purchase additional hours for your guest, a day pass rate will be automatically invoice to your account.

 

In order to ensure your guest, have the best possible experience, you need to check availability, we require that you register your appointment time for all your guest (non-member) via WSPACE App at least one hour (60minutes) prior arrival time.

CAN GUESTS VISIT ME IN MY PRIVATE ROOM OFFICE OR MEMBER AREA?

You need to purchase a day pass access for your guests and they must download WSPACE app and register themselves as one-day member via the mobile app in order to retrieve the membership card with QR code access to member area.

I'M READY TO SIGN UP! WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

IS THERE A DEPOSIT, SECURITY FEE, RESTORATION FEE OR SET UP FEE REQUIRED TO SECURE A PRIVATE ROOM/CORPORATE OFFICE PACKAGES?

Yes, for all membership package for private room/corporate office, (1) months security deposit, (1) month deposit and (1) month advance rental will be charged immediately and subsequently, you allow WSPACE to auto-debit on your credit card on every 1st day of the month for the balance of the committed months until the ends of the contract fully completed.

There is a RM200 setup fee per desk in order to secure an office for your team.  And when you decided to move out, WSPACE reserves the right to charge restoration fee at RM10 per square feet.

AM I ABLE TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER WSPACE LOCATION?

We are expanding more WSPACE center in other location, we will keep you updated on the new location via WSPACE app – news feed or social media.

I AM A CURRENT WSPACE MEMBER AND LOVE MY SPACE! DOES WSPACE GIVE REFERRAL REWARDS IF I SEND A FRIEND TO A WSPACE LOCATION?

Yes! Let’s work together -referral program rewards WSPACE’s member with 5% of the membership fee excluding all tax and deposits, of the individual who signs up with minimum of 6 months’ term and above. Your account will be credited with the equivalent of the cash credits value every month for up to maximum 6 months for all type of memberships and private room office packages. If your friend signs up for private corporate office packages, you will be rewarded for 10% of the private corporate office membership fee excluding all tax and deposit, for up to maximum 12 months only. If you friend terminated earlier, you will not entitle for the rewards for the early terminated months. For advance purchase packages, you will be rewarded for the paid months only, excluded free month. You can deduct your next purchase services or membership renewal or upgrade by using the cash credit value in your account. There are no limits to the number of referral bonuses a member can acquire. Cash credit value cannot be transferable or exchangeable for cash. Please read our referral terms and conditions.

MY COMPANY HAS GROWN OUT OF ITS CURRENT SPACE. DOES WSPACE BUILD SPACES FOR TEAMS LARGER THAN 16 PEOPLE?

Yes! WSPACE offers custom built spaces for teams of 16 or more. As your team begins to grow, talk to our community manager and we’ll find the perfect space for you and private corporate office packages.

DOES WSPACE CHARGE LATE FEES?

Yes, late payment interest of 8% per month will be applied on delays in payment exceeding seven (7) days of invoiced due date. 
Failure to renew the membership via WSPACE App will inhibit the member and the employee of the company to access the office and facilities.

WHAT ARE THE ADDITIONAL FEES FOR CONFERENCE ROOM, PRINTING, ETC.?

  • Conference/Meeting Room : RM 100/hour to RM200/hour
  • Conference/Meeting Room : RM 500/day to RM800/day
  • Black & White printing (per sheet printed): RM 0.15
  • Color printing (per sheet printed): RM0.60

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?

You can update your payment information any time online via WSPACE app. Just select the “Payment Info” tab and you’ll be able to make the appropriate adjustments.

Please note that for Private Room Offices and Private Corporate Offices, only the primary member has access to the Account Manager and can update payment information.

HOW CAN I REVIEW MY MONTHLY INVOICE?

You can view your monthly invoices any time online via WSPACE app. Just select the “Billing” tab and you’ll be able to make the appropriate adjustments.

Please note that for Private Room Offices, only the primary member has access to the Account Manager and can view invoices.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY WSPACEAN MEMBERSHIP?

You can cancel your membership online via WSPACE app, but please note that cancellations take effect on the last day of the current month and that there are no prorated refunds issued for cancellations for Starter, Starter Plus, Premium Unlimited and Dedicated desk memberships. For all private room office and private corporate office packages, WSPACE reserves the right to levied the deposit if member failed to submit termination notice as per requirement.

 

Promo packages, Early Birds, Advance Purchase/Non-Refundable rates are not refundable upon confirmation and duration of the membership may not be modified. If you cancel the membership for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund on all the payment and deposit will be forfeited. For all private room office and corporate membership packages, WSPACE reserves the right to fully charge the balance of the months as per agreed in the advance purchase membership packages for early termination.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE REFUND AFTER I CANCEL MY WSPACEAN MEMBERSHIP?

WSPACE will issue a refund for the cancelled of the membership, less a service fee. It may take up to four (4) weeks for the refund to be reflected on your credit card, due to bank processing time. A cancellation of RM50 will we levied. For a cancellation to be considered, you must reach WSPACE Community Manager to request a change to your membership packages.
